Velocity started two decades ago with a simple belief: the best candidate for any role is the one who’ll actually pick up the phone. What began as a focused sourcing operation has grown into a global research-plus-recruiting engine behind some of the largest TA teams in the world.

We built Resflex™ because our clients wanted visibility into the pipeline while it was still being built: not a resume dump at the end.

We built RapidQAI™, QAI™ Executive, and ReActivate™ around one question: what do TA leaders actually need to move faster?

Velocity started two decades ago with a simple belief: the best candidate for any role is the one who’ll actually pick up the phone. What began as a focused sourcing operation has grown into a global research-plus-recruiting engine behind some of the largest TA teams in the country.

We built Reflix™ because our clients wanted visibility into the pipeline while it was still being built — not a resume dump at the end. We launched ReActivate™ because TA teams were sitting on thousands of pre-qualified applicants who never got a call back. Every product we ship starts with the same question: what do TA leaders actually need to move faster?
